Having a headache with the external boot open/close button, it stopped working. Thinking it was the button itself, I purchased a new one and fitted it yesterday. However, it isn't the button. All other opening and closing options work: internal boot button, foot swipe, and cab button. I tested the new button with a multimeter; it's fine. I've tested the connector and am getting voltage from that. I have located the fuse (FL2) in the boot, even though I was sure it wouldn't be this as other functions work, and sure enough, that's fine. That is about the limit of my electrical abilities, so with that in mind, any advice as to whether there is a relay I should be checking or any other fault-finding advice would be much appreciated.
