Some discovery 5/ range rovers have a new security update to car, you will need working key remotes and I would recommend taking it to a dealer to have done ,I case it goes wrong and locks kvm,
They are ment to contact the customer but all the cars we have looked at nothing is done unless you go to main dealership .
Ican do mine at work but won't risk it incase it locks kvm.
So ring dealership and as them to check we can check for you( Langley4x4) but recommend to dealership in case it goes wrong and it's landrover problem
