I have been trying to Defenders Northwest LLC. regarding the defenders job that you were supposed to complete. Unfortunately, you have been delaying the job and cannot provide me with a completion date. I also need the engine to be tuned-up and the vehicle repainted, but I am facing difficulties in getting these tasks done. There are no major repairs needed, but the work is taking an unnecessarily long time to complete.
