TV stopped working since latest software update

My vehicle: Discovery 5 TDV6 - Diesel HSE Luxury (2017/8) - 67 plate.

I have updated the Infotainment System to
InControl Touch Pro software
Updated: 7/11/2019
Version: S19B_19.40.4-436082

Now, when I try to select TV, it does get selected but nothing happens (Photo attached).
Please can you advise what I should do?

I have exactly the same issue in my L405. Did you ever resolve this?
